Pasting Objects into Drawing

Hi

I have a drawing which I am trying to paste in a few objects (text/blocks etc) but when I copy from another drawing and attempt to past I get the following error message when trying to paste in some MTEXT;

Command: _pasteclip Specify insertion point: ** Undefined block #-1

I don't have this problem with any other drawing and I have even copyied the contents of this problem drawing to another blank drawing but still the same problem.

Anyone got any ideas?
