Roger Perks Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 I always have troubles entering attributes into blocks, any simple tips please Quote
Danse_Macabre Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 What exactly do you mean by troubles? What I usually do is just have the properties toolbar open so that when I select a block I can see all the attributes and punch them in that way. As opposed to double clicking each block and changing it in the attribute editor. Not sure if that is what you are looking for or not... Quote
ReMark Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 Are you having trouble creating a block that has attributes? Quote
Roger Perks Posted June 16, 2009 Author Posted June 16, 2009 No its not actually creating the block, its remembering what is TAG, what is PROMPT etc Quote
ReMark Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 TAG=name that identifies the attribute. Example: ID PROMPT=message displayed when you insert the block. Example: What is employee's ID number? In some cases a person may elect to make the Tag and the Prompt similar. Quote
