dwilson Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 Hi, I have a problem with modelling in older versions of AutoCAD, ie R2000-R2005 which has been driving me nuts for years. Whenever I use the REVSURF command to revolve a profile, when I go to print the revolved model, the circular forms comes out as Hexagonal shapes instead of smooth circular forms. Any ideas how i can rectify this? I have tried changing the SURFTAB1 & SURFTAB2 variables to higher values but with no luck. Currently set at about 20. Quote
ReMark Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 Did you look at increasing the value of FACETRES? The default is 0.5; set it to 5. The max is 10. Quote
