dwilson
Hi, I have a problem with modelling in older versions of AutoCAD, ie R2000-R2005 which has been driving me nuts for years. Whenever I use the REVSURF command to revolve a profile, when I go to print the revolved model, the circular forms comes out as Hexagonal shapes instead of smooth circular forms. Any ideas how i can rectify this? I have tried changing the SURFTAB1 & SURFTAB2 variables to higher values but with no luck. Currently set at about 20. ReMark
Did you look at increasing the value of FACETRES? The default is 0.5; set it to 5. The max is 10.
