bobsy852 Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 Hi guys! Just wondered if anyone can answer this, I have 2 lines on AutoCAD LT 2009 both of which I've drawn at 32degrees. Now, hoping they would be parallel i continued my drawing only to find later that they're a differenct distance apart at 1 end compared to the other? Just wondered if anyone had come accross this before? And why it does it? (is it drawing it possibly just a couple of seconds out?) I've attached the lines on a .dwg as an example, hopefully someone can figure it out! Thanks in advance! angle example.dwg Quote
NBC Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 Try changing the precision of your Angle Units; then you will notice that the yellow line is not at 32 degrees Quote
bobsy852 Posted May 20, 2010 Author Posted May 20, 2010 ah! damn, on the original drawing i took it from the majority of my lines follow the same angle as the yellow 1, but the grey 1 is the 1 i needed them to follow! ok thanks! figured 1 might be out! any chance you could just remind me how to change the precision of the units?
