Dana W Posted June 15, 2010 Posted June 15, 2010 Did I see this in another thread? You can import the dim style (rename it first) already set up in one drawing to another through the design center. Once it is in the 'new' drawing, select all dimensions, then click on the 'style' you need. It should take about 1 to 2 minutes per drawing. I suppose there is a way do do all of them at once through a lisp, but I don't know how to do that. Quote
edwinprakoso Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 Import using design center. But this will not override the value if you already have dimstyle with the same name. You can override the value using cad standard, this will override the dimension style settings with the same name. I tried to write a simple tutorial. Maybe it can help: http://cad-notes.com/2010/06/enforcing-dimension-styles-across-your-drawings/ If there's any other suggestion I'll fix the tutorial. Quote
Tankman Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 Open "dimstyle" on your *.dwt. Adjust your dimension stype and save as a *.dwt. Done. Change all your drawings? Don't know. Quote
