Use the BEDIT command to open the block in the block editor. Once you're in the block editor, right click and choose Properties. In the Properties palette, set "Allow Exploding" to Yes. Save and Close out of the block editor. Now the block will be explodable.

I can not find the "Allow Exploding" in the properties palette ... I am using Autocad 2010... :(

When you inserted the block into your drawing you did so via the Insert dialog box right? In the lower left hand corner of this box is an option to Explode the block upon insertion. Is this option grayed out (unavailable)?

You can also use the Block command for this. Start BLOCK command, select the block name, check the "allow exploding", pick ok, pick yes to redefine. You can now explode the block.
