Francisodur Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 I have aproblem using Autocad 2004. ihave failed to save a drawing. every time i try, it brings adailog box with an error 'Error writing/closing file'. how do i solve this problem? i need help! skipsophrenic Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 if you are trying to save to a network, you could save a copy on your computers harddrive first, and then copy that file over to the folder it needs to be in on the network. Buddym Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 A dwg that won't close properly can often be saved by wblocking the entire drawing, and picking any point except '0,0' for the inswertion point.
