YZ
I have read about a tip for reducing PDF size. That is, to publish to DWF and then create the PDF from there. The trouble is, I cannot find the way to create a DWF. The best way I know how is to select "DWF" in "Publish To:" drop-down menu, but even though it goes through the motions, it doesn't create a file. I've read about DWF6.pc3, but I also cannot find that on my machine. AutoCAD HELP didn't help much on this one.

YZ
Thanks Dipali. I found it an my old 2009 Plotters. I had deleted it when I was trying to cut out unnecessary ones in 2010! So I can plot to DWF now, but they are all separate files. Does anyone know how to publish a set so that multiple sheets can be in the one DWF? Dipali
In the 'publish' diloguebox there is a tab ' publish options' click on it & in that second dialguebox choose dwf type as 'multisheet dwf & set relavent options like the file name & location as you wish.
