Polstar
Hello everyone. firstly i think that Daniel Stine book Residential Design Using Revit Architecture 2009 has taught me well - about the basics. I now would like to delve a little deeper! how do i design a standard pitched roof for a house without the thickness of the roof showing along the verge on the gable wall? In reality the wall goes all the way upto the unerside of the tiles but i don't know how to get this to show in Revit?
JRevit
this is something that is easier done in Revit 2012. One way to do it in 2009 is to model 2 roofs, 1 the construction (rafters, insulation etc) and then the 2nd the tiles
