Cormier
Hello all, I am currently working on a data center project and a key feature in the design (at least in my client's eyes) revolves around what they refer to as a "star trek" door. As a little joke for one of our dwg reviews I want to place some Star Trek themed scale figures in the sections and see if anyone catches on. Does anyone know where I could find some Star Trek themed scale figures? I am running Autocad 2009 if it matters to anyone. Thanks for the help! - C. MSasu
I just re-read you post, and I’m wondering if by figurers you mean in fact human silhouettes? In this case can import some of the graphic files below into AutoCAD and trace over it. http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRy9yQhng_Wi2bPvx2PjfSLyLQsNx_oyq2i2Es8_5G2AojxJ1Q07-Htsh6M http://www.byrnerobotics.com/forum/uploads/JohnByrne2/2010-09-06_074648_3Spock.jpg http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:rB_P-F-Bk_eukM: http://www.coloringpagesabc.com/wp-content/uploads/startrek_coloring_pages_001.gif http://www.coloringpagesabc.com/wp-content/uploads/startrek_coloring_pages_003.gif http://www.coloringpagesabc.com/wp-content/uploads/startrek_coloring_pages_005.gif http://www.coloringpagesabc.com/wp-content/uploads/startrek_coloring_pages_016.gif

If all goes acording to plan these will be etched Gilgen fire-rated break out doors with a little speaker hidden off the access panel that does the sound effect. I am leaving the speaker for my electrical guy

I am planning to build a Holodeck myself, right after I finish customizing my android Data III to look like Seven Of Nine. Live long and prosper, dude. (or Dudette, as the case might be) Also, may the Shwartz be with you.
