evilsorcerer1
After modelling a character and before rigging it, do I have to convert it to anything to make the rigging successful, or does it not matter?
Cad64
No, you don't have to convert it to anything, but you should make sure you have good overall topology and sufficient mesh resolution at the joints so that when the model bends and flexes the mesh won't kink or deform too badly. Did you go through the tutorial in the link I provided in your last post? http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?81108-Rigging. You didn't reply so I don't know if it helped? And by the way, I've replied to your last 5 questions without any response from you. A simple "Thank You" would be nice.
