Scaling

I downloaded your file. The text style named "standard" that you are using for major stations in the data band is not set to be annotative.

I typed 'style' and changed the standard text style to be annotative by checking the box.

I switched to paper space

I made an mview in paper space.

Switched to model space and zoomed to the area you saw in the graphic.

Switched back to paper space and right-clicked the mview window and set the zoom and annotation scales.

Ran regenall.

that was all I did.

you will have to check all the text styles you use in your labels and make sure they are annotative for them to work correctly. I only checked the profile station label styles.

I had noted that you should make sure the text styles used in the label styles are annotative. I downloaded your file and provided a step-by-step with graphics of what I did to generate those results. I am not sure what else I can do to assist you.

hmsn: I have to agree with sandie. He has gone above and beyond in assisting you. Suggestion: Send sandie (via email) the complete drawing file (if he doesn't have it already) and ask him to fix everything for you. But in all fairness expect to be charged for his services.

all proceeds will be donated to the CADTutor site. (thanks ReMark :))

Well keep enough to buy yourself a cold one down at your favorite watering hole while you watch football/basketball/hockey. You deserve it pal.

Don't know why I didn't notice this before but you're in San Diego? I have a brother who lives in SD. I've yet to get out and visit him however. Must remedy that soon.
