Problem with inserting a drawing frame

Hi All

I have a problem that drives me mad and have no clue how to fix it. Basically when i set up the layout to an A1 size and want to insert a drawing frame, the frame (as a block) is much bigger than it should be.

Are you referring to a title block and border when you say "drawing frame"?

I have encountered that same problem on ocassion. I've been forced to use the Stretch command to make it fit. I'm not sure what the cause is other than to say AutoCAD's concept of what constitutes a "printable" area given the plotter and sheet size I am using differs from mine.

Are you inserting the correct size title block for the print size? What are your insert units? When you say it is much bigger, is it 25.4 times bigger?
