I have an assembly that calls for a 10' copper ground rod. Is there a way to show a "break line" in it so that the entire 10' ground rod length does not show up?

I was able to do this when I created a drawing from the assembly. Am I able to do this from the assembly level?

i dont know if there is or not, but you can create a split line on the surface of your ground rod and change the material on part of it to something else, like glass. You could also have two ground rods, one short and one 10' and just change them from visible to hidden. Hopefully someone will have the right answer for you.
