I think that is echoed throughout many companies... Quote
Dave^ Posted May 12, 2009 Author Posted May 12, 2009 haha, more than likely!! although i probably can't do half the things he can, so we can give him a bit of slack.... (only a bit mind!!!) Quote
Strix Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 ok just playing with this now.... i found this 'string' of commands i'd like to use.... 'zoom extents-purge-save-close' thanks to Strix on another thread, i saw this and thought it'd be uber handy to have...... so i've tried this: (defun c:qq () (command "_zoom" "_e" "-purge" "a" "" "n" "qsave" "close")) and get this error: Command: close Command CLOSE is not available under SDI mode. Command: nil any ideas? can the 'close' command not be invoked via lsp? Strix quite specifically only uses that string as a button macro btw, and it usually finishes off with 'open' too Quote
Dave^ Posted May 13, 2009 Author Posted May 13, 2009 i tend to use cleanscreen mode tho, (mainly so the gaffer can't see i have the web open behind acad!) and i much prefer keyboard entries than menu's and toolbars...... Quote
