NBC Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Usually typing EXPRESSTOOLS in the commandline will install it for you. Quote

SLW210 Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 thats true I dont really care but if it was something easy it would be handy.he has 2008 too What is missing? The Menu and/or the Toolbars. AutoCAD will only display 24 Menus. Do the commands work on the commandline? Those two commands should have done it. You may have to reinstall them from the disk. Quote
NBC Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 thanks. that worked for me but not my friends! what could be wrong He's not your friend, perhaps ?! Just blow a raspberry at him, and laugh. Quote

So the express menu is there only non of the commands work. Quote

happyunited Posted February 12, 2008 Author Posted February 12, 2008 Try TXT2MTXT sorry thats what he does type, non of them work that was just one example he used. Quote
Guest LElkins Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 I assume from your first post that he did have the express tools, but doesn't anymore? so that removes the possibility of them not being installed.... If you type CUI, is it listed in the 'Partial CUI Files'? Cheers Quote
Hedgehog Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Is there something like... C:\Program Files\Autodesk Building Systems 2007\Express ... in the support search file path? Quote
