Scaling viewports in layout

Im doing a set of detail drawings for my architecture class and some of them have to be at different scales to fit on my page. Right now in layout I have the page set up to the scale that most of the details are at, so some of the details are ok, but some are too big or too small for the page. I think I have to use viewports inside my layout on the details that need scaling, but not sure. Ive tried that but cant get it to work.

Any help would be appreciated
