Dadgad
I am a great fan of Lee Mac's ASSOCIATIVE CENTERLINES lisp http://www.lee-mac.com/associativecenterlines.html Thanks Lee!
Cad64
Did anyone notice this thread is 4 years old? Or I have another .lsp routine that draws a "proper" center as you draw the hole, any size, no blocks. (load "holeacen"), then type holeacen at command prompt. Draws any size hole with center. I don't have Autocad on this computer, so I can't test the routine you provided, but does it put "proper" center marks in several circles at once like the OP was asking for? It doesn't sound like it does, but Lee's lisp will do thousands of circles of different diameters, or in your whole drawing in a nonce. The linestyle determined by the Layer upon which they are created, so have them as you want them. Thanks Lee! It must be nice to have sufficient discretionary time, that one is at liberty to browse through threads from the last decade, perhaps the OP and Potguy should spend more time hanging out together? drwhite
Anybody seen improvement of CCE.lsp where the center mark looks like the one AutoCAD creates with the gaps? Just two lines crossing a circle is not a proper center mark.
drwhite
I'll use the Lee Mac solution.
mdbdesign
Anybody seen improvement of CCE.lsp where the center mark looks like the oneAutoCAD creates with the gaps? Just two lines crossing a circle is not a proper center mark. All is dependent how you format line type scale. Is hard to work with lines to create proper center mark when you use large circle and very small. Lee or other lisp guru can probably develop something more sophisticated. For me it is good to go, when center of circle is visible and properly dimension. Never used AutoCAD created center mark-tried now and is no gap????
