Has anyone had to convert 2000i dwg's into a current release lately? Has the dwg's had any problems at all. I have done some in the distant past and not had any problems...but here in a few more months I will finally have my company upgrade, to 2010 I hope and was just wondering if anyone hs converted dwg's from such an older release of AutoCAD like I will be doing...any comments about it, or problems you came across, please let me know.

The drawings should open just fine. There is no "conversion". It is a dwg file format and will be recognized by AutoCAD 2010.

On the other hand, you would have a problem if you tried to open a drawing done in 2010 with an old release of AutoCAD such as 2000i.
