JWSLU
A solid background is printed behind the text where I used text masking (in autocad2004 and 2009). Text masking works when I changed the printer driver to Canon iR c5185 H1 PCL6, but then another problem arises - certain fonts and objects of certain colors are printed very dark speciall when text width is not 1. If I used other driver, all fonts and colors are printed as they be, but text masking don't work Any help is appreciated.
AVITWeb
This sounds like a driver issue for the printer. If you have a Post Script (PS) driver for the printer in question, try that.
JWSLU
I was using a PS driver (Canon iR5185-H1 PS Ver2.0) when I got that problem with solid block under the textmasked text.
