Both Drawing is on 0,0,0 but still not on same point while xref

I have my drawing A & B on 0,0,0

 

But when I XREF the A into B or B into A its the entities's 0,0,0 does not match....

 

HELP !!!

check that BASE is set to 0,0 in both drawings too

When you initially called up the XREF'd drawings did you randomly insert them or type in (via keyboard) some known coordinates?
