justforthis1 Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 Hey all, really stupid question but... i know i have done this before but i cannot find it for the life of me. i just inserted a bunch of blocks into new drawings and i am now trying to publish the whole set into a multipage DWF file. my problem is they are publishing with a lot of white space and i cannot figure out how to get rid of it. i am assuming there is a setting that says fit to paper or something of the like, but idk what to do. thanks. GE13579 Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 I don't use publish, so I'm not sure, but I would assume the Page Setup Manager would cover this- What to Plot: Extents This is assuming you don't need the drawings to be scaled? Quote
rkmcswain Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Publish is no different than plot. Open the drawing and layout, then run the ._PREVIEW command. This is what will plot. If you don't like it, you should change the page setup as needed. Quote

I ended up creating a new template page with the correct page setup and using that "new" drawing for each of my block inserts. working well now Quote
