All credit goes to Cad64. I was just fumbling in the dark. I've yet to use an image (jpg) in an AutoCAD drawing on purpose.

Hi Remark,

 

well, thanks to you, I know now that I need to use acadiso.dwt instead of acad.dwt, that was also an important part..
