Tracing an image

Assuming that I can produce a .DWF file by converting a PDF or JPG file, how do trace or outline the image using polylines? In other words I am trying to simply trace an image with my mouse and cursor as I might with a pencil and light box. This should be possible.

First set SKPOLY to 1, then use SKETCH command, specify a length that makes sense for what you are doing.
