orange Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 I'm using AutoCAD 2009 and have a drawing in it (map with some cable routes). What would be easiest way to 'calibrate' scanned bitmaps so that it matches the autocad file? I'm importing .tiff and the scale parameter is not enough, it needs some rotation and so on. It seems there are specialized programs for that. Which one would you recommend? (there are a lot of .tiff files here) should I switch to autocadmap? thanks Quote
lpseifert Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 If you have at least 2 known common points in the image and autocad file. try the Align command. If you have access to Map, you could try the Rubbersheet utility. Quote
