Kat Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 Good Morning everyone I am going to be updating my AutoCAD 08 to AutoCAD 10 . I was wondering if there was an easy way to transfer all my scripts and my lisp commands. Any information or ideas would be appreciated. I don't know if it's as easy as just copying the files over to a new location to do this or not. Thank you, Kat Quote

Then just add the path in AutoCAD2010 in Options, Files. I have my acaddoc.lsp located in there so it finds it and loads. I simply use C:\ACAD\ACADDOC.LSP C:\ACAD\ C:\ACAD\LSP\... Makes things easy when upgrade or reinstall time comes. Quote

ReMark Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 One should never mix custom files in with program files as one risks losing them when updating software. Quote
