Windows Forms Just in Time debugging error

I am using Autocad 2009 at Unitec and am having this error pop up and for the most part cannot fix it. In the past when it came up with this error I was able to restart the computer and it would normally work ok again.

I havent set any layer filters or done anything out of the ordinary that I know of.

When using the repair function I was able to retrieve the damaged file, and so far have had no more issues with it *fingers crossed*.

When I recovered the file from the repair function, the viewport layer had changed it's name and I think that is where the error is originating from. The only thing I did before the last crash was create a viewport and highlighted the "active model configuration". Not sure how this could crash the program though?
