Drawing previews not showing

Normally, in AutoCAD 2007 ADT, when I click Open and then single-click on a DWG file, I can see a preview of the drawing to the right.

 

This is now only working for some drawings. Many of the DWG files are not showing a preview. They do open just fine, however.

 

What could be causing this? Is there a cache or something I can clear :geek:?

My guess is this is some sort of memory issue or just a bug in AutoCad. I have noticed the same thing even in 2009.
