Different scale for hidden line or other

Hello , Hello from Belgium.

 

I'm working since 3 years on autocad and when I begin with a new dwg I use a complete personnel template.

Yesterday, I began a new dwg without using my template and I saw that all the line like Hidden or dasched are different before I create some different scales viewport.

And after create then when I draw a new line, the spacing of the line between the viewports are now the same...

great but why?
