doGnation1 Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 Hi: I use cad14.... Can anyone tell me how to measure the distance on an arc? Not the radius but the distance. Thanks for any help! God Bless chris Quote
Coosbaylumber Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 I just make a polyline out of the arc, then hit LIST, and it reports in the length. If making a PLINE out of the arc is not good, then copy it move it off to some place convenient and then LIST it there. Has been done many, many times over past few decades. Wm. Quote
alanjt Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 You don't need to copy the arc, just list it. It will give you the arc length, radius, etc. Quote
Raggi_Thor Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Then copy the length measurement, make an angular dimension and overried the value? Quote
