Layer Filter in Properties window

Just like to know where in Acad 2010 can i find the layer filter embeded in the properties window in lower versions of autocadd. The reason is that there are a lot of empty layers that i cannot purge and i do not need it anymore, or is the a walk around in 2010 for this problem. Lower version has this feature.

Use QSELECT to find the stray objects on those layers you want to purge
