Open a drawing and close it again and it will plot all the tabs to the folder you have specified. Now we are getting deep ha! Try doing the following; Tools> Options> Plot & Publish> Automatic Publish Settings Autopublish Options Publish on = Close Location = {specify where you want to publish} Include = {in this case layouts} General PDF/Dwf Options File format = PDF Type = Single Sheet Layer information = Do not Include Merge Control = Lines Overwrite DWF Data options Cancell all these options. hit ok and make sure the Automatic publish box is checked. Click Apply and exit the options menu. Open a drawing, click save, close the drawing and auto publish will automatically plot all the layout tabs to single files into the directory specified under AutoPublish options as described earlier I hope, lol... And this will publish a PDF everytime i plot a drawing? Quote
stevsmith Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Every time you close a drawing it will print all the tabs to a pdf if you have set it up the way i have shown. Remember to only open the drawings you need to pdf, if you open a random file, and close it, it will pdf that flie as well. You may want to set publish on = prompt on close. Quote
