Hi guys!

Oftenlly I need to draw steel welded meshes on my job. I have used blocks for a long time, but even using blocks, it was giving me too much work. I ofttenly need to put the welded meshes into weird shapes to fit in small spaces, which need a lot of triming, extending, offsetting, mirroring and, well, sometimes, I got over a hundred spots with that kind of drawing.

So, I had an idea, using hatches. Draw the shape as a polyline and hatch it, Easy as that.

The problem, I need the hatch to keep a fixed size. Like, an example, for Q196 - 100 mm from each wire, or 150mm on Q221. The second thing, I need the origin to be set in the centroid of that shape, which would give the "excelent" cuts needed to be done on the edges.

Do you guys know if this is possible?

Thanks for your concern.
