Hi i am new for autocad

 

can anyone help what is selection set and explain it briefly

A selection set is the set of entity names that you have selected to do something ( copy move erase etc ) with.

 

So when you start the copy command, ACAD asks you to select the entities you wish to work with. HTH -David
