Marc5
Good Morning: Using Revit 2010 and a brand new used of Revit. I have a floor plan that the sill of the windows are above the cut plane. What do I need to do so I can see the windows in the floor plan? I also, am having trouble changing the material of a curtain panel. I have created a curtain wall and grid. I see the grid, I see the curtain (glass) in plan and in the model but I cannot get the glass to accept a color. I do not know what I am doing wrong. Please advise. Thanks, Marc
qbi
@fisrt - in a floorplan go to view properties/ View depth/ and change the vaule of cut plane for this view. @second - to asign material, first You have to add panel and mullions for curtain wall. You cannto apply material for clear curtain wall model.
JRevit
you can also use plan regions to show to windows if you dont want to edit the cut plane.
