Additional/Custom Info. to be attaced to Acad entity

Hi.. I need help on

 

1. To attach additional / Custom information to Acad object by means of Userform

 

2.The information added should be written into the Excel along with Object Id/Handle

 

3.After caculations in Excel. some info. to be written back to Acad.

 

its some thing like front end Acad back end Excel to store data...and the userforms to communicate......

 

Any help in this regard would be really Appreciable
