Burner Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Hello, I am having difficulty in setting the StandardScale in my template. Usually I set the scale using the bottom tool bar. When I attempt to set the scale the different options do not pop-up. Another approach I usually use is going through the properties menu of my viewport. When I change the standard scale an ERROR message pop-up stating "Invalid argument Scale in setting StandardScale property". It seems to be locked on an XREF scale. For my projects I usually copy-paste original architectural drawings into my personal templates. I believe I may have locked something up in this process that does not allow me to change scales. I am a 2008 AutoCAD LT user with 5+ years of experience. Thanks Quote
Burner Posted November 19, 2009 Author Posted November 19, 2009 I have found the solution to my problem. Apparently I have a couple overlapping viewports. This kind of leads me into another problem I have been having with my scales lately. Under my scale settings I have about 100+ different XREF scale options. I believe they are coming from the copy-pasting I explained earlier. Is there any way to get rid of these? They are more of a nuisance than anything. Thanks Quote
ReMark Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Don't mention it. Just one of the many services we provide here at CADTutor Central. LOL Quote
