CADTutor Posted February 5, 2003 Posted February 5, 2003 Take a look at the new AutoCAD to Bryce tutorial: http://www.cadtutor.net/dd/bryce/atob/atob.html If you use AutoCAD for 3D, take a look at what Bryce can do. Quote

CADTutor Posted February 19, 2003 Author Posted February 19, 2003 How can I fix that inconvenience? Which versions of AutoCAD and Bryce are you using? Quote
Orbit Posted February 22, 2003 Posted February 22, 2003 Mea culpa. I saved the 3d- studio file in the wrong place. Bryce does a nice work. Quote
CADTutor Posted February 22, 2003 Author Posted February 22, 2003 Oh good because I just couldn't come up with an explanation. Quote
PaulH Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 Hi The above link... http://www.cadtutor.net/tutorials/bryce/atob/atob.html seems broken. When it was working, did it require 2012 to export a 3ds file as 2011 cannot export a 3ds file, and I don't think the patch for 2009 works any more as autodesk no longer supported it. I assumed it was because autodesk had their own renderer, but Bryce is so cute once you get around its insane user interface. Quote
Cad64 Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 This thread is 8 years old. I'm sure that tutorial was probably for 2002, which was able to export to 3ds format. Quote
