Attributes and Parameters

I am trying to condense some blocks by using parameters (see attached). My problem is I am trying to use the same attributes for all the blocks with some modifications. Like, when a bell is selected the only attributes to show should be the visual, size, and notes attributes, and when I select the mass notification all attributes should be selected except for the bell size. This is my delema; when I insert the block and select a parameter, the only attributes that are show are for the bell. The visual, size, and notes attribues, I can not seem to figure out how to get the other attribtues to show. But when I use the battman command I can see all of the attributes. Very Confused and frustrated.
