Converting area sq ft into length?

Some what of a different request.

If you have the total "Area sq ft" how to convert into Length?

Area

 

The amount of space inside the boundary of a flat (2-dimensional) object such as a rectangle.

no matter if you use Perimeter or Area, you still need to know at least one side of the building, if it is square. That you need to measure from the PDF in that case.

You could always underlay the PDF? not sure if it can be done in 07...
