Customize Tool Palette dos´t work

I have a big trouble. I´m trying to install a group of components asociated with a tool palette. I do that:

 

-Right Click on the title bar for the tool palette and select "Customize Palettes".

After that I have to do:

-Right Click in the right pane in an area (Palette Groups:) and select "Import" from the menu

Here is the problem, I have not this option ("Import"). Exist the posibility that somewhere in Autocad I have to desactivate or activate a check box or something for this option apear.

Right-click on one of the main Group headings (like Annotation and Design). A flyout menu with the option to Import should appear.
