Text in pasted excel sheet looks fine in CAD, but prints extremely small

The text in the table looks perfectly fine until I print it. I tried to attach a .pdf of the sheet but it is 900kb.

 

Any ideas are really appreciated as this is very confusing. I've tried attaching the spreadsheet as a CAD entity, but it looks even worse.

Thanks. That didn't fix the problem of small text, but the lines looked better. I eventually got round the problem by plotting in TrueView.
