ChrisThibodeau Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 When I am printing a sheet everything shows when I print preview (so I know it is not on a non-print layer) but when it comes out of the plotter it is missing info that is either xref'd in or info that is on a print layer. This only happens on some of our computers. Can anyone help? Quote
ReMark Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Someone has been tinkering with the ctb or stb plot style file? Quote
ChrisThibodeau Posted January 13, 2010 Author Posted January 13, 2010 I checked and the plot style is our standard plot style. Any other ideas? Thanks for the help! Quote
nukecad Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Are you all using the same printer driver? Sounds daft but you may not be. At work here one of our printers is a Toshiba printer/scanner/copier and some people use the PS3 driver whilst others use the PCL6 driver. The point being that those using the PS3 driver, mainly for fancy text documents, sometimes have problems printing drawings and pdfs whilst those using the PCL6 dont. Quote
ChrisThibodeau Posted January 18, 2010 Author Posted January 18, 2010 We are all plotting to the same printer but didn't check the driver. I will check.... Quote
ChrisThibodeau Posted January 21, 2010 Author Posted January 21, 2010 Figured it out! Not enough RAM...we added RAM and now it prints without problem. Quote
ReMark Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Who would have guessed? Thanks for updating us on your problem. Glad to hear you got it resolved. Quote
