huygen Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 Hello everyone, Can anyone please help me how to plot 2d drawing of object containing curve in AutoCAD 2002 so that the curve appears smooth and not rough? I’ve tried the zoom > extents and regenerating model method but still doesn’t work. Thanks in advance Huygen Quote
huygen Posted January 25, 2010 Author Posted January 25, 2010 Do you mean View > 3D Views > Top, Bottom, Left, Right, Front, Back, SW Isometric, SE Isometric, NE Isometric, NW Isometric, etc.? If yes, I've set my View on Front View because my drawing is 2D draiwng. If not, please tell me what do you mean with "Viewers"and how I can set to? Quote
ReMark Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 V I E W R E S This is a system variable. Set it at the command line. I recommend a setting of no higher than 5000. 20,000 is overkill. Quote
huygen Posted January 25, 2010 Author Posted January 25, 2010 Sorry I think I’m wrong in reading the word. I thought it was viewers but CMIIW it’s a viewres. Now the curve section looks smooth after using viewres command. Thanks Quote
