text size

Hello,

 

I am going nuts. I am trying to change the text size of my multileader font. I have used the style manager over and over and when i try to edit the content tab the text height is faded so you cant click on it. I have tried changing layers seeing if that might have been it. All layers are unlocked. Nothing!!!

 

I have also tried creating new ones over and over and it will not let me access the box to change text height. The other text options are editable.

 

Any help would be great

I guessing that the text style you are using has a set text height. Try setting the style's height to 0 (Style command).

i make a new style and ill put 1' or 12" and i hit apply and then i hit set current

 

then i go to annotate and then to text adn then pick my new style and the font says 1/4"

Strange in the content tab of the manager text field is active with me. Since it is mtext, it may be linked to general text properties and locked when text is not editable but i am not aware of such dependency. mleader txt is handled in mleader tab
