T704 Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Normally A Drawing Is In Feet Then I Multiply My Denominator By 12 And Divide By My Numerator (if Greater Than 1). Most Of My Drawings Are Civil, However I Have An Architectural Drawing That I Purposely Drew In Inches And Want To Retain That Scale Rather Than Scale Down By 1/12. I Would Like To Use An Architectural Scale Say 3/32" = 1 Foot. Quote
CarlB Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Xp scale = PS units/MS units 3/32" = 1 foot = 12" so scale = 3/32 / 12 >>but has to to be a decimal, or whole number/whole number multiply both numbers by 32 >> Xp scale=3/384 Quote
