either i've only just noticed this or someone has installed an add-on to my autocad. but anytime i try to select an option from it, it just says "xxxx" unknown command. And when I goto the f1 help, I type in "dvlink" (eg) the topic is not covered.

please can someone shed some light.

I'm running plain vanilla AutoCAD 2010 and see no such item.

What did you do different recently?

Did you click on one of the entries like View Linked Objects to see what happens?

I haven't done anything differently, we are getting a new server put in today, but nobody has came near my computer

It's a menu from the DBConnect CUI

What does this do?

One use is for Facilities Management (Data Base Connection)

Probably be better explained in Help > DBCONNECT command > about

I would imagine that the average Autocad user would never use it; if you have no use for it you can remove the menu from your workspace, or unload the Dbconnect cui. I would opt for removing the menu item.
