adob Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 I'm quite new to autocad, and mainly use it for reading drawings and occasionly modifying drawings for 'as builts' The architect has sent me a drawing which is set up on a different coordinate grid to the local grid we use on site. I have several points on the drawing, which I know the coordinates of on both grids. Can I use these to rotate the drawing onto the local grid? Or is there another method? Hope that makes sense. Can anybody help? Quote
