change several blocks to layer 0

i have several blocks that i have made by wblocking from dwgs. at the time i did not see the problems i would have by not creating the block on layer zero so it would insert on the layer i wanted it to. i now want to change the layers of all my blocks to zero. i assume this can be done by lisp?
